Individual sessions are generally 50-60 minutes.

Couple counseling sessions are scheduled for 50-60 minutes.

We offer a program tailored specifically to you. To begin, we schedule you and your partner to complete and online assessment. Afterwards, we schedule your initial session to review the results and develop an individualized plan based on your needs. Typically, the commitment is between 3 and 5 sessions.
